As a Skincare Advisor, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to clients in the skincare zone of the store.
This includes listening to their needs, suggesting appropriate products, and sharing your expertise. You will also be involved in operational tasks such as inventory control and maintaining store cleanliness. Additionally, you will receive continuous product training to stay up-to-date with beauty trends and events.
Your role may also involve providing touch-ups, skin consultations, and makeovers when required. Demonstrating our clients values such as passion for client service, innovation, and teamwork is essential.
